In 2023, Brenley Rinaudo joined Nanny Network alongside Hartwell. With a background in business operations, she introduced new processes, streamlined communication, and helped scale the business. Most importantly, she believed in what Hartwell had started and experienced its impact firsthand.

The two quickly realized they shared the same vision. To build a business that opened doors for other young women the same way doors had opened for them. What began as a simple conversation between friends became the foundation for HARTWELL: A collective staffing agency built on trust and powered by people.
