Our Story

Hartwell Furr has always had a passion for connecting people with opportunity. Her seasonal childcare company, Nanny Network, was built to match hardworking nannies with families who saw their unique value. These women were not just great at childcare, they were the kind of people who brought something special into a home. Over time, Hartwell realized the real magic was in the people: young women with a can-do attitude, eager to learn, and ready to thrive in new environments.

Brenley Rinaudo began working alongside Hartwell in 2023. Having experienced the impact of the business firsthand, she believed in what Hartwell had started. Brenley quickly stepped into an operational role, creating systems and laying the groundwork for growth. With a strong background in business and creative strategy, Brenley leads all Marketing and Operations at HARTWELL.

Hartwell, originally from Mississippi, and Brenley, originally from Louisiana, share a deep understanding of the values rooted in Southern hospitality: kindness, connection, and community. It’s these principles that shaped how they build relationships, leading to the opportunities that opened the door to their time in New York City.

The two teamed up to build a business that opened doors for other young individuals the same way doors had opened for them. What began as a simple conversation between friends became the foundation for HARTWELL, a staffing partner built on trust and powered by people.

HARTWELL’s mission is to create opportunity and build lasting, mutually beneficial relationships between clients and candidates. Relationships that lead to meaningful growth and long-term success on both sides.
